Being involved in White Balloon Day is simple, fun and an effective way to reach out to students about child protection.
We’re inviting schools, daycares and universities across the country to participate in White Balloon Day. Check out some ideas below for general and age-specific activities:

Wear White Wednesday – invite students and staff to wear white

Whiteout your school – Decorate your school-front and create an awareness display

Have a whitewash – Host a car wash to raise funds.

Hold a white food bake sale

Include White Balloon Day info in your school newsletter/website

Encourage parents to speak to their kids about keeping safe.

Host a white morning or afternoon tea and invite your local child safety officer or community leader to speak
Ideas for primary schools and daycare centres

Decorate white balloons with purple hearts and/or messages about how to keep safe
