White Balloon Day Support Report

Our White Balloon Day "it's All White to Say No' campaign 2009, has generated unprecedented support thanks largely to generous funding from Federal Government Minister for Familes, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, Jenny Macklin.

Dozens of events and acts of support took place across Australia both in the lead-up to National Child Protection Week (Sep 6-12), during and after. Never before has our organisation seen such a groundswell of support from such a diverse cross-section of the community from major corporations such as Foxtel, Bendigo Bank and Terry White Chemists, to individuals and school groups. We are touched and overwhelmed.See our events page to find out more about Child Protection Week events.
