Mowerthon

Claude Harvey has been a volunteer fundraiser for Bravehearts Inc for the past eight years. During this time he has personally raised $320,000 by pushing a lawn mower around the beaches and tourist strips of the Gold Coast.

In 2008 Mr Harvey will be making the most of his iconic status on the Gold Coast by mowing his way through townships from the Gold Coast to Sydney. Mr Harvey is aiming to raise $500,000 to support the work of Bravehearts.

Mr Harvey will be leaving Bravehearts' new head office in Arundel Saturday 9th August, 2008 and arriving in Sydney on White Balloon Day, Tuesday 9th September, 2008.
